What file formats do you accept for 3D printing?We accept industry-standard formats including .STL, .OBJ, .STEP, .IGES, .FBX, and .3MF. If you’re unsure or working with native design software, our team can assist in converting your files.

What materials can Bendr. print with?Our material range is curated for both functional prototypes and design-focused objects. We currently offer: FDM: PLA, PLA+, PETG, Carbon Fiber PLA, and Silk PLA SLA: ABS-like Resin, Clear Resin, and Flexible Resin Specials (on request): Glow-in-the-dark, Matte, Transparent, and Recycled materials Need something specific? Ask us—we’re constantly expanding our inventory.

How long does it take to print and deliver?Average lead time is 2–5 working days, depending on size, material, and post-processing. Urgent projects? Priority prints are available upon request.

We provide professional post-processing including: Sanding & Smoothing Custom Color Painting Assembly Branding or Logo Application Matte, gloss, or metallic finishes Our QC process ensures every part leaves our studio in premium condition.

Is 3D printing cheaper than traditional manufacturing?For custom, low-volume, or one-off designs—yes. 3D printing avoids the cost of molds and tooling, allowing faster and more cost-effective iteration. For mass production (10,000+), traditional methods may be more economical.

What’s the largest print size you can do?Our max print dimensions per unit are 300mm x 300mm x 400mm. For oversized items, we segment and assemble using precise bonding methods.

How do you ensure print quality?Our workflow includes: File Review & Print Simulation Material Calibration Real-Time Print Monitoring Manual Post-Processing & QC With a tolerance up to ±0.1mm, each part undergoes rigorous inspection before dispatch.

Do you recycle prints or support sustainability?Yes. We're committed to a zero-waste model. Return your used Bendr prints and receive print credits. Most of our packaging is plastic-free, recycled, and fully recyclable.
