At Bendr, every product is printed with precision and care. Due to the custom nature of our services, we maintain a clear and professional refund policy to ensure transparency and trust.
Refund Policy
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All orders at Bendr are made-to-order and customized based on client specifications. As such, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect file submissions, or aesthetic preferences once a print has begun or been completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
The item arrives damaged due to transit, with clear visual evidence provided within 6 hours of delivery.
The print is defectively manufactured, deviating significantly from the specifications confirmed in the final order.
We failed to meet the agreed-upon material, size, or technical requirements as outlined in your confirmed brief.
A confirmed order was not fulfilled or dispatched due to an internal error.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted for:
Files submitted with design flaws or errors (we recommend file checks with our team before printing).
Minor surface imperfections, layer lines, or finish inconsistencies inherent in 3D printing processes.
Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control (we aim for fast local delivery but cannot guarantee third-party lead times).
Custom or experimental prints using client-supplied files where no pre-print testing was agreed upon.
4. Reprints Instead of Refunds
In the event of an eligible issue, we may offer a complimentary reprint of the item using the same specifications, rather than a monetary refund. This ensures you receive the product you ordered with minimal disruption.
5. Claims Process
To file a refund or reprint request:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, clear photos/videos of the item and packaging, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Our team will assess your claim within 3 working days and respond with the next steps.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of confirmation, provided production has not begun. After this window, cancellation or refund is not guaranteed.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
