SHIPPING POLICY

1. Production Time
All items are made-to-order, with lead times based on print complexity, material availability, and queue volume.
Standard 3D Prints: 2–4 business days
Advanced Prototypes: 4–7 business days
Product Drops & Accessories: 1–3 business days (in-stock items)
Note: We will notify you immediately if there are any delays due to file issues or material stock.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
UAE Domestic Shipping
Courier Partners: Fetchr, Quiqup, or local dispatch services
Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after production
Cost: Flat rate of AED 25 (Free for orders above AED 300)
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
Select international shipping will be available in the near future via DHL/FedEx.

3. Pickup Option
For student collaborations, local clients, or urgent orders, WhatsApp-based pickup scheduling may be available upon request from our studio location. Pickup details will be shared once your order is ready.

4. Packaging
Every product is shipped in custom-branded, recyclable packaging, designed to protect your item in transit while keeping things minimal and guilt-free.

Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email
A tracking link (if applicable)
WhatsApp or email notification for pickup orders
Please ensure your contact and delivery details are correct at checkout.

6. Missed Deliveries or Returned Packages
If a courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will notify you, and re-delivery will be subject to an additional shipping charge.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email info@bendr3d.com within 48 hours with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the courier and resolve your claim as promptly as possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship hazardous or oversized items internationally. All shipping is subject to local laws, customs clearance, and carrier regulations.
